The Vocabulary Quest

**The Vocabulary Quest**

One sunny Saturday, four friends—Tom, Mia, Sam, and Lily—decided to go on a treasure hunt. They wanted to learn new words. “Let’s make a list of words we find!” said Mia. “Great idea!” replied Tom.

First, they went to the park. The first clue was a riddle: “I am something you can hear, but not see. What am I?” Sam thought and said, “It’s ‘sound’!” They wrote the word down. They learned that the synonym for ‘sound’ is ‘noise’, and the antonym is ‘silence’.

Next, they walked to a library. The second clue was: “I am a place full of books. What am I?” Lily smiled and shouted, “It’s ‘library’!” They learned that a synonym for ‘library’ is ‘bookstore’, and the antonym is ‘wasteland’.

Finally, they found the treasure at the town square. It was a box of books! “We did it!” they cheered, happy to learn new vocabulary together.
